McMillan is a family owned local firm set up in early 2002 by Jim McMillan and based in Glengormley. After 19 years of working for Brian Morton & Co / Halifax and a short time at the Eric Cairns Partnership Jim recognised a gap in the market for high standard, professional estate agency services with a personal touch. The firm within 6 months became the market leader. Many of the company sales are previous well satisfied clients. The staff has expanded to 7 today and standards have never been higher. In 2010 the firm recognised and accredited to Investors in People. Since its formation the firm have acted for thousands of Client's and Institutions. Our mission statement is "We strive to demonstrate honesty, integrity and mutual respect to our clients in order to exceed their expectations. As a forward thinking company we invest heavily in IT, staffing and the wider community to build a foundation for the future. Our enthusiasm, commitment, energy and professionalism have helped us achieve our position as market leader. As a local, family-owned business our clients will be in no doubt they are paramount to our success"
As a firm we believe strongly in putting back into the community and to date the firm has supported many charities and local schools to the tune of £55,000. A donation is made on each house sale and rental we successfully complete. Jim McMillan and staff are based at the new well positioned high profile office in Portland Avenue, Glengormley.
Please take time to read the many testimonials to our business. We believe these are confirmation of our determination and passion to exceed purchasers, vendors, tenants and landlords expectations in what can be a demanding and stressful property transaction.
