Even before you have decided to move we can help. At a time that is convenient to you, we can call to give you an appraisal of the likely market value of your property.
 
We’ll talk to you about the market at the moment and what you can expect from working with us.  This valuation is free, but there is however a fee for a written valuation should you need one.
 
Then again, you may not want to put your property on the market, but remember prices move on so it may be helpful to keep in touch for additional valuations.
 
As we continue to build an exceptionally good broad-base of residential resale and new developments, as a part of the initial process in selling your home, we will guide you through all the stages and costs involved. Our approach is what we call ‘you focused’.
