ONCE YOU’VE FOUND A PROPERTY…

Once you have found your ideal home an application can be made. To be successful in your application you must:

Complete a credit check (£30 processing fee)
Provide us with employer and previous landlord references
Provide a guarantor who must supply photographic ID and an employers reference
Provide bank details to set up a standing order
Pay a deposit (usually equivalent to one month’s rent) and pay the first month’s rent in advance. (Deposits will be held by the landlord to safeguard against damage, unpaid bills etc).
Sign our tenancy agreement
Provide photographic ID
