When full asking price is paid homes will be completed to a turnkey specification which will include:

§ Tiling to selected areas (shower cubicle where applicable, splashback to WC/bathroom and ensuite sink and splashback to bath)

*Please note that the kitchen and fireplace (where applicable) are already fitted in this site and therefore a choice is not available
A £500.00 holding fee is required to book each site and £100 of this is non-refundable. Cheques should be made payable to Vaughan Homes. Only one site may be booked per person and this must be for you or your family. Please note that we can not accept cash.
We wish to advise that no ‘for sale’ or ‘to let signs’ are to be erected within the site and it is not possible to re sell your property for a period of 24 months. Contracts are expected to be signed within eight weeks from booking date and priority will be given to those who are in a position to proceed with unconditional contracts.
Please contact our office regarding the current position of this site. In on-going developments revisions to house types, site plans and specifications may occur. Please check with the above office that no alterations have taken place from when these particulars were prepared.
