In order to book a site a holding deposit of £1,000.00 is required (£500.00 non-refundable) and purchasers should be able to sign an unconditional contract within 6 weeks from booking and pay a further 5% deposit. This means if you have a house to sell your property must be sale agreed before we can accept a booking. Cheques should be made payable to Belvedere Homes (NI) Ltd. (Bank details for BACS transfer are available on request). Bookings will be made on a first come, first served basis. You will also need to provide two forms of ID to book the site (at least one form of ID should be photographic e.g. passport, driving license).
Purchasers will also be required to provide a Decision in Principle from their mortgage provider before a booking can be accepted.
